About Lynette

Prior to coming to Crawford County Mental Health in 2005, Lynette worked as a mental health professional at Lansing Correctional Facility in Lansing, KS. At CCMH, she provided adult outpatient services for about 10 years. Since 2015, she has  served  as the Director of Adult Services.  Lynette has also worked as an Instructor at Pittsburg State University in the Clinical Psychology graduate program and is currently a Practicum and Internship Site Supervisor for the Department of Psychology and Counseling at PSU. In 2013, Lynette was elected as a Board Member of the Masters in Psychology Accreditation Council and served in this position for two years. She continues to provide psychological services at CCMH, including Competency to Stand Trial evaluations and Law Enforcement Personnel Screenings for Crawford County. Lynette is a strong believer in the importance of public education and advocacy for those living with mental illness.

About Amy
Amy began her career as a mental health technician at the Addiction Treatment Center (ATC) and Women’s Renewal House.  Amy helped create the Juvenile Justice Authority for the 11th Judicial District in 1995.  In 1996, Amy became the first child case manager in Garden City, Kansas, until starting and completing graduate school. Amy has experience treating patients on an inpatient and outpatient setting since 1997.  Amy serves as the Clinical Director for CMHCCC and sees patients on a part time basis while fulfilling her administrative duties.

About Lisa
Lisa previously worked on medical floors in the Parson’s Hospital and Mt. Carmel Hospital.  Lisa also worked for a cardiologist as well as a surgeon in Pittsburg.  After starting in the mental health field, Lisa worked on-call for Mt. Carmel Hospital’s psychiatric unit for 16 years until they closed in 2003.

About Debbie
Debbie was previously employed as a Medical/Surgical RN with Western Plains Medical Complex in Dodge City, Kansas.  Following that, Debbie was employed with Ford County Health Department in Dodge City, Kansas as a Public Health RN from 1995 to 2001 and later as the Clinical Director from 2001 to 2010.  Debbie believes that providing a holistic approach to nursing is vital when caring for those in early addiction recovery.  One of Debbie’s professional passions is working to find those individuals who are infected with the Hepatitis C virus, yet unaware of it.  Counseling and testing for Hepatitis C and HIV are high priorities for Debbie, as well as linking those positive individuals with the proper medical care they so desperately need.

About Kent
Prior to working at CMHCCC, Kent held a variety of social service positions, including Campus Director and Clinical Director of the Youthville Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility in Dodge City, Kansas; Psychotherapist with Ozanam, Kansas City, Missouri; Director of Court Services, 7th Judicial District, Lawrence, Kansas; and Social Worker in Children and Adult Protective Services, SRS, Linn County, Kansas.  Kent has been employed with CMHCCC since 2010 as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with Adult Services and has served as the Clinical Team Leader for the Discovery Program since 2013.  Kent has trained under Dr. Bruce Perry and the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics.  Kent has a strong belief in the power of the relationship and in the importance of engaging the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of an individual in the healing process.
