CRISIS ATTENDANT CARE
Often accessed when an individual is not in need of hospitalization but requires a brief respite to regroup, this service is provided at the Center’s Addiction Treatment Unit with the goal often being reintegration back into the community.
CRISIS CASE MANAGEMENT
Available as an adjunct service often provided as a follow-up to a formal screening by the on-call clinician. This includes checking on the individual’s welfare as well as providing assistance accessing mental health services and finding other resources in the community.
Provided in response to events that occur in the community which have the potential to produce a negative emotional impact on those involved.
PREADMISSION SCREENING AND RESIDENT REVIEWS
For individuals seeking admission to a nursing facility for mental health.
Licensed Clinician available to return calls to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. This often includes referring those individuals to resources in the community.
Screenings for admission to local and state psychiatric hospitals for those who may be a danger to themselves or others (24 hours per day).
